Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Membership and Duration
1.1 The minimum term of a Solid Health Club membership is 12 months, after which it is automatically renewed on a monthly basis.
1.2 After the initial 12 months, the notice period for cancellation is 1 month.
1.3 For the 1-month membership, the same monthly automatic renewal applies, with a 1-month notice period.
1.4 Cancellation must be carried out by the member via the Solid Health Club app or their web account.
1.5 For members up to and including the age of 25: the month in which the member turns 26 will be the final month under the current subscription. After that, the subscription will be automatically terminated, even if a full year has not yet been completed.

Article 2 – Payment and Direct Debit
2.1 Membership payments are only possible via direct debit.
2.2 The direct debit is processed on a Monday, usually 1 or 2 Mondays before the start of the new membership month.
2.3 If the debit fails, a second attempt will be made on the following Monday.
2.4 If the second attempt also fails, an additional €5.00 administrative fee will be charged per failed transaction.
2.5 The member must ensure there are sufficient funds in the account at least 10 days prior to renewal.

Article 3 – Tennis and Padel Court Reservations
3.1 Courts can be reserved up to 2 weeks in advance.
3.2 Each member may have a maximum of 2 active reservations. A new reservation can only be made once the previous one has passed.
3.3 It is mandatory to add playing partners to your reservation. Bookings without added partners will be canceled.
3.4 In case of a no-show (failing to appear without canceling), the member will receive a 1-week ban from the reservation system (e.g., Playtomic).
3.5 It is not allowed to book 2 singles courts and then use them for 2 hours of doubles play. The names on the court must match the reservation. Violation will result in a 1-week ban.
3.6 A reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance via the booking system.
3.7 In the event of bad weather, Solid Health Club will decide whether the reservation can proceed and will communicate this in time.
3.8 Company outings can be canceled free of charge up to one week in advance. After that, cancellation fees apply.

Article 4 – Tennis and Padel Lessons
4.1 Sportswear and tennis shoes are mandatory; casual clothing is not allowed.
4.2 Lessons always proceed unless the coach cancels at least 30 minutes before the start via app, phone, or email.
4.3 Smashcourt: The first class cancellation due to weather will be rescheduled; the second is at the participant's expense, with a maximum of 2 rescheduled classes.
4.4 Gravel (winter): The first 5 missed lessons are not rescheduled (this is accounted for in the seasonal planning). After that: the first canceled class will be rescheduled, the second is at the participant's expense, with a maximum of 2 rescheduled lessons.
4.5 Youth lessons will not be rescheduled.
4.6 During holidays and public holidays, adjusted agreements apply as communicated by the trainer per group.
4.7 In cases of force majeure (such as pandemics or epidemics), Solid Health Club will strive to offer a suitable solution, but 100% compensation cannot be guaranteed.
4.8 In the case of relocation, illness, or injury, no refund will be given. A replacement with an equal skill level may participate upon consultation.
4.9 If the trainer is ill, the class will either be rescheduled or conducted by a substitute trainer.
4.10 Solid Health Club reserves the right to refuse registrations without providing a reason.

Article 5 – Liability
5.1 Solid Health Club and its staff are not liable for injuries or accidents that occur during lessons, training, or time spent on the premises.
5.2 The use of showers, locker rooms, and restrooms is permitted, but members and visitors are fully liable for any damage, misuse, or mess in these facilities.

Article 6 – Other Provisions
6.1 Solid Health Club will take preferences into account as much as possible but cannot guarantee all wishes will be met.
6.2 In the event of rule violations or inappropriate behavior, access to the club or its services may be temporarily or permanently denied.
